Our Adult Swim Classes are aimed at adults who want to gain more confidence in the water. Our program caters for complete beginners through to those with competent stroke techniques.
Learning to swim at any age is an extremely important skill. At some stage we all find ourselves wanting to enter the water, whether it’s for recreation or out of necessity. Learning to swim not only increases your enjoyment of aquatic environments, such as the beach, but it can also be a life-saving skill.
Our Adult Swim Classes are instructed by highly qualified instructors who understand the different requirements for teaching adults. Our experienced instructors ensure that everyone gets the tutelage and feedback they require.
